That’s why we provide a 100% refund for any Emerge GX course you have purchased, as long as you request a refund at least 24 hours before the start of the second class.
This allows you to get a taste of what the course is like before fully committing to it.
Note: no refunds will be provided if you request a refund after the start of the second class (unless there are extenuating circumstances)

We must protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors 15 days after the end of the course, so we will not process refund requests received after this refund window.
Your refund may also be subject to transaction fees.

Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When is the deadline to get a 100% refund?
24 hours before the start of the second class – times may vary depending on the course you are enrolled in.
For example, if you are enrolled in a course that happens every Wednesday starting on September 1, then you will need to request a refund at least 24 hours before the second Tuesday after the course starts
